Redesign of the mobile-phone-online shop of Deutsche Telekom. With the first click dummies, a user test was excecuted and the analyses were adapted to the design. The tests included amongst other UIs the checkout and adding contracts to the shopping cart. In 1.5 years we worked in scrum mode with Telekom colleagues from different departments like marketing, private customer and developers (external as well as internal) in order to achieve our goals. In that time, different modules, UI / UX patterns, a visual imagery as well as a uniform language were emerged.

Kundencenter App

Interface design and user experience design

In cooperation with other Deutsche Telekom colleagues, the new customer center app was built. The user should see a quick overview of his current consumption, as well as his contract data and those of his family. The goal was also to change various services such as contract data or to book data volumes in an app. Due to the adjustments in the UI and UX, the customer center app were rated as Deutsche Telekom's number one app.

Cooperation with Hochschule RheinMain

Design Thinking & Lecture

In a 3-month project phase 5 concepts were developed with the faculty of Communication Design / Interactive Design Hochschule RheinMain. For the topic "Millenials" I mentored 30 students and led them through the project phase. Under my guidance, the group created concepts and built design-oriented prototypes. The students presented 5 concepts in the Telekom Design Gallery in front of different selected personas. The personas then rated these 5 concepts.
