Hi, I am Matthias, a designer with a strong focus on strategic design and customer experience.
For me in a digital product development the following points are essential and lead to a meaningful customer experience: strategic and organizational processes are clearly defined, business ecosystems are co-developed, development cycles are considered, new technologies are looked at, changing user needs are taken into account and interfaces that are designed to be simple and practical.
In my last role at Deutsche Telekom I have worked on an online toolbox for employees who need access to product and design guidelines. Later I created user experiences and interface designs for various digital products. I became a strategic senior designer when the department shifted to a design-led perspective.
